SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga City Council will have its second meeting of the month tomorrow night, Nov. 21 at 6:00 p.m.
The following items are set to be discussed:

Public hearing of request for annexation of property located at 252 Oldfield Circle. Recommendation from Planning Commission to zone property as AG-1.

Police Chief Kelley Johnson to present the following awards to staff – Top Gun, Bulls Eye, and Combat. No action required by Council.

Renewal of ten-year agreement with Sylacauga Little League Association for use of playing fields in Wingard Park.
- Resolution setting date for public meeting to hear request of tax incentive for Pizza and Pint.

Resolution setting date for public meeting to hear request of tax incentive for Trailwares.

Adoption of FY18 budget and contracts.

Approve cost-of-living adjustment for city employees effective with pay period ending Nov. 24, 2017.

Request from KE Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for refund of utility permit fees paid on Permit #2017521 issued Oct. 20, 2017 in the amount of $235, as job was not completed by this contractor.

Approve expenses for Police Chief Kelley Johnson, Lt. Willis Whatley, and Investigator Mike Smith to attend the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act Training in Hoover on Dec. 14-15, 2017. There is no registration fee; expenses for meals and use of a City vehicle will be incurred.

Balance of Accounts Payable for October in the amount of $576,753.24.

October payroll in the amount of $354,880.62.
