SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The 42nd annual Sylacauga Christmas Parade will be held on Thursday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m.
The parade has become one of the largest in the state.
“We are just really excited that we can host the 42nd annual Sylacauga Christmas Parade, ” said Sylacauga CHamber of Commerce Executive Director, Laura Strickland. “It is just an opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate outdoors in a safe, socially distanced environment. This gives us an opportunity to gather together and celebrate this wonderful time of the year and to celebrate this wonderful community, gathering our downtown business district, eat and shop before the parade and just have a great time as a community.”
The parade will start in the Sylacauga High School football field parking lot, travel down Broadway, turn right on Fort Williams, turn right on Norton, and end at Sylacauga High School.
The parade will be broadcasted live on the SylacaugaNews.com, MIX 106.5 Facebook pages.
