CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Two women are behind bars after allegedly burglarizing a home then attacking the homeowners.
25-year-old Ayla Elizabeth Thompson and 23-year-old Chelsey Elizabeth McGrady are the two women arrested. Jail records state Thompson resides in Childersburg and McGrady resides in Sylacauga.
Both women are charged with third-degree burglary, while Thompson was charged with resisting arrest and attempting to elude. They were both admitted to the Talladega Co. Jail Thursday night.
Thompson is being held on $4,500 bond. McGrady is held on $2,500.
