SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce will host a week of events from May 5-9 in celebration of National Small Business Week, highlighting and honoring local businesses across the community.
Throughout the week, the Chamber will feature daily themes, giveaways, networking opportunities, and public recognitions aimed at showing community support and enhancing small business visibility.
The schedule begins on Monday, May 5, with Spotlight Small Biz Day on social media, encouraging residents to showcase their favorite local businesses.
On Tuesday, May 6, business professionals are invited to a Stop-and-Go Business Breakfast at the Chamber from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with an opportunity to win a free hosting spot for an upcoming Chamber Connections in October.
Wednesday, May 7, will feature Fly-By Ribbon Cutting Day, offering mini ceremonies for both home-based and storefront Chamber members.
Networking opportunities continue on Thursday, May 8, at Broadway Spinal Care in downtown Sylacauga with breakfast, prizes, and Chamber Connections starting at 8:30 a.m.
The week concludes Friday, May 9, with a recap and the announcement of the Chamber Connections giveaway winner.
