Sunshine Saturday celebrates community spirit and 50 years of The Arc’s service on May 11

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Central Park will radiate jubilation next Saturday, May 11, as Sunshine Saturday beams with celebration for both the event itself and the 50th anniversary of The Arc of South Talladega County.

Sponsored generously by First Bank of Alabama, Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union, and Omya, among others, the festivities will bring a day of joy and community spirit.

Hosted by The Arc of South Talladega County, the event at Central Park, opposite Blue Bell Creameries, will boast a plethora of activities, vendors, rides, and sweet treats from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

With something for everyone, it’s a day to revel in the sunshine and commemorate half a century of The Arc’s invaluable service.
