MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Governor of Alabama has extended her Safer at Home Order, which includes an extension of the mask mandate.
Individuals will be required to wear a mask or other facial covering when in public and in close contact with other people. This order extends until Friday, March 5, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
At Gov. Kay Ivey’s press conference, the state’s health officer, Dr. Scott Harris, announced over 200,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the state.
