TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. – Here’s last week’s results for B.B. Comer, Childersburg, Fayetteville, and Sylacauga on the gridiron:
SYLACAUGA – The Aggies made homecoming a happy occasion by defeating the Jemison Panthers, 28-14. Sylacauga is now 3-3 on the season. The RadioAlabama Sports Player of the Week was Zakorien Chambliss. The Aggies stay at home this Friday in the region and welcome the Valley Rams.
B.B. COMER – The Tigers went on the road to a tough place to play and lost to Piedmont, 58-16. B.B. Comer is now 1-4 on the season as they welcome the Beulah Bobcats in region play on Thursday night. The RadioAlabama Sports Player of the Week for the Tigers was Raelon Sims.
CHILDERSBURG – The Tigers fell to 1-5 as they lost to Vincent, 31-0. The RadioAlabama Sports Player of the Week for Childersburg was Javis Stone. The Tigers are off this Friday and return to action on October 11 as they travel to Beulah.
FAYETTEVILLE – The Wolves fell to the Ragland Purple Devils, 35-0. Fayetteville is now 2-3 on the season as they head back to region play this Friday at home, taking on the Donoho Falcons. The RadioAlabama Sports Player of the Week for the Wolves was Aiden Blair.
