TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. – Here’s last week’s results for B.B. Comer, Childersburg, Fayetteville, and Sylacauga on the gridiron:
SYLACAUGA – The Aggies got off to a good start this season by defeating the Cougars of Coosa Central by a score of 44-22. The 1-0 Aggies will go on the road this Friday to take on the Montevallo Bulldogs. The game will be broadcast on WSGN 98.3.
B.B. COMER – 2025 got off to a tough start for Coach Adam Fossett and his team as they fell on the road to the defending 1A State Champion Wadley Bulldogs by a score of 46-0. The 0-1 Tigers will now come home this Friday to host the Vincent Yellow Jackets. The game can be heard on MIX 106.5.
FAYETTEVILLE – The Fayetteville Wolves go 1-0 on the year after defeating Childersburg, 35-28. Coach John Limbaugh and his team will now have their home opener this Thursday as they host Billingsley.
CHILDERSBURG – Coach Matt Zedaker’s Tigers fell in a tough one on Friday to the Fayetteville Wolves, 35-28. The 0-1 Tigers will go on the road this Thursday to take on the Talladega Tigers. You can listen on KiX 100.3.
