ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. – Central Alabama Community College (CACC) has received a $15,000 donation from SL Alabama to bolster educational and workforce training initiatives in the region.
The contribution underscores a longstanding partnership between CACC and SL Alabama, both committed to strengthening the local community. The funds will support programs aimed at equipping students with essential skills for the modern workforce.
“We are incredibly grateful for SL Alabama’s continued partnership and their generous investment in the future of our students,” said CACC President Jeff Lynn. “This donation demonstrates their commitment to enhancing the educational opportunities available to our community, and we couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities it creates.”
The donation will help expand CACC’s workforce development programs, enhance learning resources, and invest in advanced equipment to provide hands-on training. By aligning its curriculum with industry needs, the college is attempting to create pathways for career success and economic growth.
