CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – When the Randolph County Tigers visited John Cox Stadium last Friday night, ServPro of Talladega, Clay, and Randolph Counties presented First Responders Night in recognition of all the effort and life-threatening jobs that each of these entities perform on a daily basis.
Pete Storey, Marketing Director for ServPro, presented plaques before the game to the Police and Fire Departments in Childersburg, along with the Childersburg Rescue Squad and the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office’s Student Resource Officer (SRO)
Also present were several police vehicles, a fire truck, and a ServPro tent with items for kids and things for the public.
Shown in the pictures are Childersburg Police Chief Kevin Koss and Student Resource Officer Kenneth Funderburg as they were guests on the Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union Halftime Show on the Tiger Sports Network.
All in attendance had a great time, but the main focus was to show our gratitude to these individuals for what they do for our counties and our communities. Thank you to ServPro for sponsoring and hosting a wonderful night!
