SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Council for Leaders in Alabama Schools (CLAS) has recognized Sylacauga school superintendent Dr. Michele Eller for completing the Certified Instructional Leader Program (CIL).
Established in 2013, the program is designed to promote the highest standards of school instructional leadership.
The credential establishes Eller with knowledge as an instructional leader; encourages professional growth in educational leadership; and serves our school and district stakeholders verifying the quality of Eller’s instructional leadership.
“The rigorous coursework and field experience required to achieve the CIL designation have been essential in preparing me to lead Sylacauga City Schools,” Eller remarked. “The future is bright for our students and teachers and I am eager for us to begin this journey together.”
