SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Community Playhouse (SCP) is set to take audiences on an underwater adventure with Finding Nemo Jr., a children’s stage adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie.
The show will run from Thursday, July 20 to Saturday, July 22, at the J. Craig Smith Community Center.
Finding Nemo Jr. is a 60-minute musical featuring music by the award-winning songwriting team of Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.
All performances begin at 6:30 p.m., with Thursday night’s show being a special Family and Friends Premier.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.scplayhouse.com for $10 or at the door for $12. SCP members will enjoy a discounted price of $10 at the door.
The Sylacauga Community Playhouse, part of Sylacauga Parks and Recreation, is dedicated to providing theatrical education and entertainment opportunities for all ages, including those with intellectual and physical challenges.
