Sylacauga residents were asked in a Facebook post what words or phrases they would use to say they were from Sylacauga.
The survey received nearly 500 responses. It is evident the Marble City is full of interesting facts and places that are ‘absolutely Sylacauga.’
Here are 50 words and phrases used to tell someone you’re from Sylacauga without actually saying you’re from Sylacauga.
While some of these businesses are no longer in the Marble City, thinking about them sure brings back a sense of nostalgia for many people in Sylacauga.
