CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Shopping locally adds extra value in the Greater Coosa Valley region during the holiday season! It’s a fun and rewarding promotion from the GCV Chamber of Commerce.
There are three very simple steps to become eligible for one of ten $100 gift cards. First and foremost, shop locally, as in the entire South Talladega County region. Anything you spend from right now through mid-day Monday, Dec. 9 is an eligible purchase.
Secondly, save the receipt and write your name and phone number on the back.
Thirdly, bring all your receipts by 12:00 p.m. on Dec. 9 to the GCV Chamber office, located at 805 3rd St. SW in Childersburg. If you need to save your receipt for your records, simply make a copy to turn in.
Over the next few weeks, any money you spend in the GCV area will give you an opportunity to win $100. You can bring as many receipts as you want, but you will only be eligible to win one time this year. The GCV Chamber does this as a way to give back to our community while also encouraging you to shop in our community.
Also, while you stop by the Chamber, get a entry form for the 2024 Childersburg Christmas Parade, sponsored by Cadence Bank. The parade is on Thursday, Dec. 12, starting at 6:00 p.m.
Winners will be announced at the December Chamber Coffee o Dec. 10 at 8:30 a.m., located at the Butler-Harris Rainwater House. If you are one of the ten winners, you will receive a $100 gift card.
