SYLACAUGA, Ala. – On Tuesday the City of Sylacauga held a public hearing regarding the downtown area.
The Planning and Code staff and the Zoning Update Committee have been working on proposed u[dates to the city’s current zoning ordinance, which was created in 1954 and last updated in 1989.
