SYLACAUGA, Ala. – National First Responders Day is observed on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025. This day honors the brave individuals who risk their lives to protect others and encourages everyone to show appreciation for their courageous service and dedication.

Firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, and other emergency personnel risk their lives on a daily basis to protect and assist others in times of crisis, providing immediate aid and ensuring public safety.
