CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – After months of renovations, the Dairy Queen location in Childersburg is officially serving customers.
Located on U.S. Highway 280 beside CVS Pharmacy, the fast food restaurant known for its famous Blizzard dessert treats is now open.
However, temporarily the new Dairy Queen is drive-thru only. This will change as soon as more staff have been hired.
The location is in the same lot that the old Hardee’s once occupied and is right across the street from the old Dairy Queen spot which included a walk-up window.
Dairy Queen’s operating hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day of the week.
