ROCKFORD, Ala. – A 27-year-old Montgomery man, Reginald Radontay Cooper, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 25, on charges of Non-Family Murder with a Gun and Theft of Property in the amount of $2,500 or greater.
This is not Cooper’s first arrest on those same charges.
He was arrested a little over a year ago on Nov. 9, 2024. The arrest was made following a homicide investigation that began after shots were fired on County Rd. 93 in Cottage Grove.
A few days later, a second suspect, 25-year-old Jazmyne Marsha McGee, also of Montgomery, was charged. Both were indicted on Nov. 15, 2024.
