SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A 23-year-old Montgomery man was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 12 by the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office on three sex crime charges.
Authorities allege that Jathian Tamon Taylor traveled to Sylacauga with the intent of engaging in sexual activity with an underage girl.
Taylor is being held in the Talladega County Jail on a $100,000 bond. He has been charged with traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, second-degree rape, and second-degree sodomy.
