TALLADEGA, Ala. – The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating a missing teen.
Sixteen-year-old Laderrion Rodriguis Benjamin was last seen leaving his residence in Alpine on Friday, March 17. Police said Benjamin told friends he was making a trip to Gadsden, but members of his said their family has no knowledge of any connection to the Gadsden area. Benjamin’s family members are very concerned about his well being.
Benjamin is described to be five feet-nine inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
If anyone has any information regarding Benjamin or his location, law enforcement is asking you to call the Talladega County Sheriff’s Office Investigators Division at (256) 761-2141, the Talladega County Central Dispatch Office at (256) 362-6117 or your local law enforcement agency.

Laderrion Benjamin has not been located by law enforcement at this time despite several social media posts. He has been in contact with family members by social media promising to come home but has not returned or given a specific location of his whereabouts. Sheriff’s deputies have been in contact with Benjamin’s legal guardian.

The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office was notified early this morning by the legal guardian of Laderrion Benjamin that he had returned home safely late last night. The TCSO wishes to thank everyone for the information provided leading to the safe resolution of this case.
