SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A community yard sale from Sylacauga Parks and Recreation promises a day of treasure hunting and group fun at the Maxye Veazey Senior Center.
The big day is set for Friday, May 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It will be held on the lawn outside of the Maxye Veazey Senior Center at 2 W 8th St. in Sylacauga.
It’s a rain or shine event, and in the case of rain, it will be held inside in the J. Craig Smith Community Center gym.
This is your chance to declutter, discover hidden gems, and connect with neighbors in a fun, relaxed outdoor setting. Whether you’re looking to sell your gently used items or just want to browse and shop, there’s something for everyone.
It’s free to attend and shop, and it’s open to all ages with a special welcome to our senior community. The cost is $10 per table to sell.
