SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Due to anticipated inclement weather, Sylacauga Parks and Recreation’s Food Truck Friday event scheduled for tomorrow, May 17, has been postponed.
Organizers have announced that a new date will be communicated soon.
The event, sponsored by Sylacauga Young Professionals, typically draws crowds to Central Park for an evening of food and entertainment.
Food trucks such as Nawlins Style Poboys, Dog Nation, RNB Finz n Chicks, and Lilly Jo’s Treats were slated to offer their specialties.
In addition to the food trucks, tomorrow’s event was also set to feature live music by Jock Webb and Clarence Davis, as part of a Blues Night celebration.
An update on the rescheduled date for this community gathering will be provided later.
