SYLACAUGA, Ala. – One of Sylacauga’s local pharmacies is now accepting appointments for people to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Marble City Pharmacy says it has the Moderna vaccine, and will begin to vaccinate beginning Monday.
This is the first phase of vaccination, meaning only the following people can receive the vaccine due to ADPH guidelines.
- 1) Health care workers
- 2) First responders
- 3) Teachers/school personnel
- 4) Ages 75 and above
There are no exceptions to these guidelines. Proof will be required that you meet one of these categories. Others will not be able to receive the vaccine until ADPH moves into the next phase of vaccinations.
