SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Police Department is investigating a stabbing that happened on Sunday.
A 911 alert dispatched first responders to 830 Goodwater Hwy. around 1:55 p.m., where a male individual walking down the highway appeared to be suffering from stab wounds to the stomach.
The individual was transported to CVMC, where he underwent surgery. His condition remains unknown.
SPD investigators are working diligently to uncover details behind this incident.
