SYLACAUGA, Ala. – An inmate has escaped from the Childersburg Work Release Center.
According to the Alabama Department of Corrections, Toby R. Martinez Maravilla left his assigned job location in Jefferson County on Monday.
Maravilla is a 39-year-old male that is 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
He was last see wearing a green shirt and blue pants.
He is incarcerated on a burglary conviction.
