HARPERSVILLE, Ala. – A new, locally-owned restaurant, Main Street Kitchen, is slated to open in downtown Harpersville by the end of February 2026, bringing a classic Southern meat-and-three dining option to the community.
The restaurant will be located in the former Burger King building and is a joint venture between Dallan Ruch of Chelsea and Jeff and Misty Webster, owners of Station 31 in Chelsea and Main Street Tavern in Montevallo. The Harpersville location will mark the group’s third restaurant.
Main Street Kitchen will feature a traditional meat-and-three menu centered on homestyle Southern cooking. Customers will move through a serving line, selecting a meat and sides, creating a quick, casual dining experience focused on comfort food and hospitality.
The owners said they are excited to expand their restaurant footprint and invest in Harpersville, adding another locally-owned business to the downtown area. City leaders and residents have welcomed the announcement, viewing the restaurant as another step in the continued growth of the community.
Main Street Kitchen is expected to serve both local residents and visitors, offering a new dining option in the heart of Harpersville.
An official opening date will be announced once renovations and final preparations are completed.
