SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Miss Sylacauga Organization has announced that the Little Miss Sylacauga and Little Miss Marble Valley 2023 pageants will be held on Saturday, April 29, at the J. Craig Smith Community Center.
The competitions, which will begin at 2:00 p.m., are sponsored by the Sylacauga Parks and Recreation.
All funds generated from this event directly support the scholarship fund for the Miss Sylacauga and Miss Sylacauga’s Outstanding Teen program.
The pageants are open to girls ages 3-17. Little Miss Sylacauga is for young ladies in the Sylacauga area that fall within the same geographic eligibility parameters as Miss Sylacauga.
To be considered eligible, girls must meet one of the two following requirements:
– Attend (or zoned for) Sylacauga City Schools, B.B. Comer, or Fayetteville
– Be a Sylacauga resident for the past 30 days with a home address zip code of 35150 or 35151
On the other hand, Little Miss Marble Valley is open to all girls ages 3-17 that are Alabama residents. Those competing in Little Miss Sylacauga are automatically registered for Little Miss Marble Valley.
Miss Sylacauga 2023, Alana Price, will be the Mistress of Ceremonies and will perform her talent. Miss Sylacauga’s Outstanding Teen 2023, Allison Terrell, will also be a special guest co-emceeing and will be performing as well.
