Dr. Eller reflected on the miracle at Legion Stadium during Friday night’s Sylacauga vs. Coosa Central game, when Umpire Joey Shelnutt collapsed from a heart attack and was revived thanks to the courageous men and women who rushed to his aid. She also highlighted the recent Sylacauga City Schools Foundation Chair presentation honoring the Hodges family and emphasized the importance of school attendance starting in September as it impacts funding from the state Department of Education.
