SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The athletic field and track at Legion Stadium are officially off limits to all staff, students, and community members, effective immediately.
GameDay, Sylacauga High School’s athletic field services contractor, has begun removing the existing turf as part of a major renovation project. The installation of new turf is expected to be completed ahead of the next school year.
School officials emphasized that the area is now an active construction site and is restricted to authorized personnel only. No unauthorized individuals are permitted to enter the work zone.
