SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Leadership Sylacauga alumni are invited to reconnect and recharge at a special event on Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the B.B. Comer Memorial Library auditorium.
Hosted by the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce, the gathering will bring together graduates from all class years for an afternoon of collaboration, reflection, and leadership renewal.
The session, titled “The Power of You & Making a Difference,” will be facilitated by Teri Smiley of Starfish Partnerships, known for creating high-energy leadership experiences that inspire teams and spark impact.
Attendees can expect interactive team-building activities, meaningful conversations, and time to reflect on personal talents and purpose. Organizers say participants will leave with renewed clarity, confidence, and stronger community connections.
Guests are encouraged to dress casually and wear tennis shoes, as activities will be hands-on.
The event is open to all Leadership Sylacauga alumni.
