SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga’s girls soccer program mirrored the success of the boys’ side from last week, piling up postseason honors at both the county and state levels.

Five Aggies earned spots on the 2026 Talladega County All-County Team: Mia Dennis, Bailey Malone, Natalie Perez, Alyssa Pruitt, and K’La Tinsley. Tinsley was voted Keeper of the Year, with head coach Joey Fleaman being named Coach of the Year.

Success carried beyond county lines. Perez was selected to the All-State Second Team for Class 5A, and Tinsley was an honorable mention selection.

Sylacauga’s postseason recognition come on the heels of a 13-6-2 campaign, highlighted by a perfect 4-0 mark in area play and three mercy-rule victories. Award-winning Tinsley and the Aggie back line did not allow a goal in area competition.

All-County honors are decided by the Talladega County coaches, while All-State teams are voted on by coaches from across Alabama.
