SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Knollwood Christian School (KCS) is holding a Turkey Shoot fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Orvis Shooting Grounds at Pursell Farms.
The event invites participants to test their marksmanship for a chance to win a certificate redeemable for a frozen turkey.
Each shot costs $5, and flights of eight shooters will rotate throughout the event. The shooter closest to the bullseye in each round will win.
In addition to turkey certificates, door prizes donated by local businesses will be awarded to participants. Proceeds will support Knollwood Christian School, and the community is encouraged to come out for a morning of friendly competition.
