SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Judge Dale Price has been named chair of Heritage South Credit Union’s Board of Directors, transitioning from his previous role on the Advisory Board.
A Sylacauga native, Price brings decades of legal experience and community service. He graduated from Sylacauga High School in 1986, earned a cum laude degree from Huntingdon College in 1991, and received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1994. He practiced locally as a solo attorney for more than 29 years.
In January 2024, Gov. Kay Ivey appointed Price as district judge for Talladega County. He also serves as presiding juvenile court judge and secretary of the Alabama Juvenile Judges Association.
Price’s leadership includes roles as municipal prosecutor for Sylacauga from 2006 to 2017, president of the Talladega County Bar Association, and two-time president of the Sylacauga Civitan Club.
He has served the community for more than 30 years.
