SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Inauguration of the newly elected officials of the City Council of the City of Sylacauga, Alabama, will be held on Monday, Nov. 2 at 4:00 p.m., followed by an organizational meeting at 4:30 p.m.
A brief reception will be held immediately prior to the inauguration in the City Hall lobby at 3:45 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Faye Hosey Council Chambers at Sylacauga City Hall, located at 301 N. Broadway Avenue, Sylacauga, AL.
The meeting will open to the public; however the Council strongly encourages citizens to use discretion in attending at this time due to the State of Emergency based on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
