SYLACAUGA, Ala. – With 51 percent of the total vote, Dr. Matt Hubbard was selected by the Sylacauga community as its next Mayor after Tuesday’s municipal run-off election.
Also decided was the final seat on the City Council, going to Tim Vincent for District 4.
