SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Parks and Recreation will present a spine-tingling adventure on Saturday, Oct. 14 when Haunted Laser Tag comes to the J. Craig Smith Community Center gymnasium.
Laser tag is an action-packed recreational activity where participants aim to score points by tagging targets using handheld infrared-emitting targeting devices. Don’t worry about the pain – laser tag uses safe and pain-free lasers instead of physical projectiles.
Individuals and groups are invited to book their 30-minute time slots, accommodating up to 16 people per group. Upon arrival, players will be divided into two teams, competing for the most points.
The cost is a mere $10 per person, and reservations can be made online at Sylacauga.recdesk.com under the Special Events category or by calling the J. Craig Smith Community Center at (256) 249-8561.
Haunted Laser tag welcomes participants ages four and up.
Adding a spooky twist to the event, Haunted Laser Tag will feature eerie lights, creepy sound effects, and haunting projections – all designed to be kid-friendly. Attendees are also encouraged to wear their most-frightening Halloween costumes.
The Sylacauga Parks and Rec’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for Sylacauga’s residents and neighboring areas by providing great parks, facilities, activities, programs, and events.
