CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – After being postponed in early April, it is almost time for CoosaFest 481.
On Friday, July 2 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m the City of Childersburg will be celebrating the 481st anniversary of explorer Hernando DeSoto’s visit to the historic city.
The downtown district will be filled with individual vendors, food trucks and many family-friendly attractions including a firework show to kickoff your holiday weekend.
Admission to the annual festival is free to the public.
