SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Tim James, Republican candidate for Governor, will make a stop in Sylacauga tomorrow, May 19, as part of his Fight Back bus tour that runs Wednesday through Saturday, May 18-21.
The bus is scheduled to begin the journey today in Greenville. Other cities James will stop at today include Camden, Linden, Tuscaloosa, Sheffield, and Florence.
Tomorrow, James and company will go to Huntsville, Guntersville, Gadsden, and Oxford before making it to Sylacauga for an estimated afternoon visit around 3:15 p.m.
The bus will park near Central Park across from Blue Bell Creameries for a meet and greet and photo opportunity with James.
After departing Talladega County, the bus will head to Alexander City, Auburn, and eventually James’s hometown of Opelika.
Friday’s route will start in the Auburn-Opelika area before speeding off to Troy, Ozark, Dothan, Enterprise, Elba, and Andalusia.
The weekend destinations on the tour for Saturday will be in the order of Mobile, Fairhope, Foley, and Daphne.
The 2022 Primary election will be held next Tuesday, May 24.
