Goodwater man arrested for weekend burglary in Sylacauga

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Kenneth Thomas Wall of Goodwater remains in the Talladega County Jail following his arrest by the Sylacauga Police Department on Saturday, June 1.

Charged with Burglary First Degree, 36-year-old Wall is alleged to have entered the Sylacauga residence of a female he had been dating while armed with a firearm and removing property. He was taken into custody by SPD patrol officers on a traffic stop shortly after the initial call.

District Judge Jeb Fannin set the bond in this case at $20,000. Burglary First Degree is a Class “A” Felony with punishment ranging from a term of Life or not more than 99 years or less than two years imprisonment in the Department of Corrections for the State of Alabama.
