CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – A GoFundMe account has been set up for the children of a woman who was shot to death at her two-year-old child’s birthday party in Childersburg. Friends of Jackie Dogan, 23, are soliciting contributions for her four children.
Police say Dogen was shot to death on September 14 by Tre’querious Marquez Twyman, 22, the father of her children. Twyman shot a Childersburg police officer as he attempted to flee. He was then shot by another officer and taken into custody. The wounded police officer was treated and released. He has not been formally charged with the killing.
