SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Four Sylacauga businesses emerged victorious last Wednesday, Nov. 29, at the 2023 Small Business of the Year Awards, a prestigious event organized by the Business Council of Alabama (BCA) in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama.
The awards ceremony, held during an annual meeting at The Club in Birmingham, recognized 46 finalists for their significant impact on the state and local communities.
Local chambers of commerce statewide submitted nominations, and an esteemed panel of out-of-state judges evaluated the finalists based on community involvement, chamber participation, business success, and overall merit.
Among the Sylacauga winners in their corresponding categories were Broadway Spinal Care (Emerging Business <5 years), Pinhoti Outdoor Center (1-10 Employees), Harvey’s on Noble (11-50 Employees), and Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union (51-100 Employees).
