Fayetteville VFD receives new fire truck and rescue equipment through FEMA grant


SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department received a new fire truck and rescue equipment last weekend through a FEMA grant.

Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Chief, Kenny Brown expressed his gratitude to those who helped make this possible for Fayetteville VFD.

The new fire truck and rescue equipment gives the VFD extra resources to better serve their community in a time of need.

Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department will host a community event next month, giving individuals in the community an opportunity to meet their first responders. will provide more information on the event as it becomes available.
