TALLADEGA, Ala. – Most have heard of either the state or county Extension Service, but few have a real clue who they are or what they do. Let’s just say, it’s a lot, and there’s something that will make your life better.
You’ll have the opportunity to find out what they can do for you this Thursday, Oct. 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during an Open House at the county office, located at 132 N Court St. in Talladega.
As much as he has gotten out in all the county communities, you’ve likely seen the new County Extension Coordinator, Samuel “Sam” Roberson.
For this event, Sam invites you to join him in his work home.
The Alabama Cooperative Extension System, the primary outreach organization for the land-grant mission of Alabama A&M University and Auburn University, delivers research-based educational programs that enable people to improve their quality of life and economic well-being.
Sam has something available that fits you and your life, but you have to show up for him to give you the details.
