Dump truck stolen from Adding Space Self Storage in Childersburg


CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – In the early morning hours of Feb. 21, a dump truck was stolen from the premises of Adding Space Self Storage on U.S. Highway 280 in Childersburg.

Two suspects were caught on security cameras entering the scene driving a Ford F-150 that has noticeable damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. The two then drove away with an Adding Space dump truck.

The storage’s dump truck is a 1998 Ford Louisville with a white cab, a black bed, and an Alabama license plate numbered 614034A. The trucks left by way of the Old Sylacauga Highway.

Adding Space is offering a $1,000 reward for any worthwhile information leading to the return of the stolen dump truck.
