SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The 5th Annual B.B. Comer Alumni Golf Tournament is set to take place on July 25.
The four-man scramble will begin at 9 a.m. at the Sylacauga Country Club.
There is a $100 entry fee and the event is open to the public.
“We put on this event every year to raise money for the B.B. Comer Athletic Department,” said B.B. Comer Alumni Bittie Hawthorne. “All proceeds will go towards anything that is needed, whether its helmets, new uniforms, or money to feed the players. We try to get someone to feed the players weekly during football season.”
Scholarship opportunities will also be available to students based off of the students needs.
