Vaccinations will be on a first come first serve basis. The first 30 in line will receive a card for a 9 a.m. appointment and the remaining 30 will receive an appointment for 1 p.m.“We recognize that it is not necessarily a perfect process that we have created but we believe that it is one that will work for us,” said Chief Nursing Officer, Amy Price. “We also stand willing to recognize if it kicks off and is not working well, we may have to take a step back and regroup. If that happens, we certainly ask your patience with us in doing that.”CVMC is experiencing heavy call volume and email inquiries about the vaccine. Phone calls to the CVMC switchboard related to the COVID-19 vaccine is causing difficulty for patient care.
