SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The CVMC vaccination team has worked tirelessly to do their part in tamping down this pandemic.

The CVMC pharmacy team had the foresight to invest in a freezer capable of storing vaccine at the ultra cold temperatures required.

“Our vaccine team set up a system that has allowed for the efficient delivery of vaccines, and to date, that has meant over 5,000 shots in arms at our facility,” said CVMC CNO/COO Amy Price. “Because of our team’s dedication, hard work, and efficiency, we’ve been called upon to spearhead the vaccination of teachers in multiple school systems throughout central Alabama so that we can do our part in speeding our children along to something more normal. To say that I am proud of our team is a profound understatement.”
