“We choose to stay at work for you. We encourage you to stay home if you’re able to do so. Please continue to take every possible precaution to aid in stopping the spread of this virus. Wash your hands with soap and water often. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. If you have to go out, please practice social distancing,” the update stated.
The hospital is also asking people to pray, twice daily at 1:19. “Beginning immediately, every night at 1:19 a.m. and every day at 1:19 p.m., if you are able to, and choose to do so, we will pause to offer first a prayer of thanksgiving for the opportunity to impact people’s lives. Further, we will pray for God’s peace, replacement of fear with courage and stability around COVID-19.”
