Upon entering the scanning suite, patients are immediately transported into a tranquil spring day, courtesy of an innovative 1.5T Philips MR scanner.

The suite’s design includes a luminous sky ceiling, creating an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation throughout their visit. Patient comfort is prioritized with features like memory foam mattresses and lighter body coils, ensuring a soothing experience.

Another change at Coosa Valley MRI is the significantly reduced scan times which have revolutionized the patient experience.

For instance, a knee MRI, which traditionally took 30 minutes, can now be completed in as little as 15 minutes. This remarkable advancement allows patients to swiftly return to their daily lives, spending more time on their work and with their loved ones.
