SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The National Weather Service is predicting tornadoes, hail, and high winds through our area from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on today.

For the safety of city employees, city offices will close at noon, suspending all afternoon activities.

The police, fire and street department are on standby ready to serve the community.
